Course Description

The registration fee ensures the reservation of two spots for each couple. The cost for each couple is $220 plus applicable taxes for a 3-hour workshop session. Our Date Night Pottery workshop offers an unforgettable opportunity for you and your partner to explore the world of clay artistry together. Beyond working with clay, our workshop is about crafting memories. The shared experience of creating something beautiful with your loved ones fosters lasting connections and a sense of achievement that everyone will treasure. In this workshop you and your partner individually craft a clay product on the pottery wheel, then merge them together to form a unique piece of artwork. Who is this Workshop for? Complete beginners and those who have done pottery before. This workshop is intended for adults 18+. Younger? Reach out to us to ask about teen and children’s workshops. Is it your first time? We love to share our love of clay with you and everything we've learned through years of playing with clay. This course is a great introduction to pottery. Hot Tips Jewelry might get in the way. Bring an apron or an old T-shirt Bring your inspiration. How long is the workshop? 3 Hours with clean up included. Pick up For workshops: We first bisque fire your pieces after a week or so once it’s dried completely, then once cooled we glaze and refire. Pieces usually take 3-4 weeks to be completed and students will be emailed once the pieces are ready for pick up. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@beyondpottery.ca -Cancellations will be subject to the following: -Cancellations within 14 days of the start date will be charged the full course fee. -Cancellations within 15-28 days of the start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. -If the participant fails to attend the course the full course fees are payable. Terms and Conditions -Courses are for Adults 18+ unless otherwise stated -All courses are non-refundable -We require at least two week advance notice to reschedule a course, regardless of the date of booking. -There are no partial refunds for missed classes.
