Workshop Description Get into the festive spirit with our Holiday Ornament Workshop! In this fun and creative session, students will learn handbuilding techniques to design and craft their own ceramic holiday ornaments. From stars and snowflakes to bells, trees, and personalized keepsakes. Each participant can make up to 5 ornaments. Each ornament can be decorated with colored slips and glazes, making them truly one-of-a-kind treasures for your tree, or as thoughtful handmade gifts. We provide all tools and materials needed; just bring your creativity and holiday cheer! Workshop Details: 🗓️ Date: December 5 2025 ⏰ Time: 11am - 12:30pm 📍 Location: Beyond Pottery, Burlington, ON 👩‍🏫 Instructor: Yvette Garcia-Mier 👥 Suitable for: Adults and teens (12+). Beginners are welcome, no prior clay experience required. 🎨 Includes: Clay, tools, glazes, and kiln firings What You’ll Learn: How to handbuild and shape holiday ornaments (e.g., stars, bells, snowflakes, trees, or your own creative designs). Surface decorating and glazing techniques to finish your ornaments in festive colors. Tips for making pieces perfect for hanging.
