Refunds

All courses are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Once a place has been booked, the fees are non-refundable. However, if we are still able to sell your place to another student before the course starts, we’ll be happy to swap your place over and refund your fees. We’ll do our best,but we can’t make any promises.

Missed Classes

There are no partial refunds or credits for missed classes. You should be able to catch up in your next lesson. We cannot offer additional catch up sessions. To make sure that you make the most of your course, it is very important that you make sure that you can make all the class dates before you sign up to a course.

 

Age Requirement

Courses are designed for adults aged 18+, unless otherwise stated.

Transfer of Registration

You can reserve a space through our website and leave details of the participant at the checkout.

 

Unforeseen Circumstances

Beyond Pottery is not liable for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Health and Safety

Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by Beyond Pottery.

Beyond Pottery reserves the right to deny participation to individuals who fail to comply with these guidelines or who exhibit disruptive behaviour.

 

Materials and Tools

Course fees include basic materials and tools unless otherwise specified. Additional materials may be purchased separately.

Participants are responsible for the proper use and care of tools and equipment. Damaged or lost items may incur replacement fees.

 

Liability Waiver

Participants attend courses at their own risk. Beyond Pottery is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the course.

 

Photography and Media Release

By attending a course, participants agree to allow Beyond Pottery to use photographs or videos taken during the session for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out by notifying us in writing before the course begins.

 

Class Cancellations by Beyond Pottery

Beyond Pottery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.

 

Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure a spot.

Unpaid registrations will not be confirmed.

 

Communication

Beyond Pottery communicates important updates via email. Participants are responsible for ensuring they provide an active email address and check for updates.
